​​​​The majority of our authorised representatives represent their corporate clients.  Our representatives raise money for them, write sponsored research about them, provide M&A services or more general corporate advice to them.  Our representatives are licensed to provide financial advice to, and arrange deals with, investors on behalf of their corporate clients.  Their corporate clients are smaller listed or unlisted companies.
